The customer service was spot on which is a rarity. My generation truly appreciate it. Ordering our KittySpout was the best investment we could’ve made for our girls. They absolutely love their new fountain and drink a ton more; in fact I’m ordering a second one for inside. Our family is truly grateful and my hope is that in time people will be ditching their old water bowls and investing in their cats' health.

The entire process of ordering and then the delivery was wonderful, quick and so easy. My beagle Chilli just loves his new water bowl. It keeps the water cool and filtered clean. We have a lot of minerals in our water so I feel confident that my cat is getting the best water I can provide him. The unit is well built and should last a very long time.

We've had the fountain since Christmas, both our cats are definitely drinking more water and love it! It keeps the bowl clean.

Before kittyspout, we were constantly scrubbing slimy water bowls because the food crumbs and dust would collect so fast it felt gross just watching our cat drink. Now, with the built-in filtration and the stainless steel bowl, the water stays pristine. I top it up every other day and it still looks clear and fresh. We’ve noticed our cats are drinking more and have more energy on walks. It’s been a huge upgrade in both hygiene and hydration.

My senior cat kept dehydrating last year. She is raw and cooked fed so we don’t see her drinking a lot anyway, not like a kibble fed cat. Research led me to buy the Selene; all three of our cats love it and they all drink more. Athena hasn’t been dehydrated this summer. They will even tell us when it needs refilling—they sit by it and refuse to drink out of their previous favourite ceramic bowl. The filters clearly remove gunk. We have even taken it on holidays with us.
