It’s a very nice product I only wish my cats weren’t afraid of it , they sit on the sink and wait for me to turn on the bathroom faucet and drank out of the faucet all the time , I had other fountains in the past with my past cats that were nothing like this fountain, so I Hope eventually they will use it .

My cat wasn't too sure at first, he's not one to drink from taps like a lot of cats, but once he was encouraged to try it, he has not looked back! Kitty spouts work great. My cats love them and drink more water now. It has definitely helped with hydrating my cats. It is much better than the bowl of water that I no longer use and is more convenient. I have four kitty spouts. The cats love the toys too.

Great waterer. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was because there is no water level indication, and you have to take the top off to check. There is a blue light, which is not mentioned in the instructions (unless I missed it). I emailed support to ask if the blue light indicated water level at all. They quickly answered no. So, quick response, but not the answer I wanted. All in all it seems good so far. I replaced my 'other' plastic waterer because it was really hard to clean. This one seems like it will be easier. Cat took a few days to drink from it, with my help, but we seem to be good now. Hopefully the filters will not prove to be too expensive or hard to get.

The cats were a bit put off but eventually it became a a toy and a great way to mess up the kitchen floor. However, one brave soul is drinking out of it while the others watch. I am confident that this will not last long and they will all jump right in. Easy to clean. Good product.

This fountain is amazing and my cats absolutely love it! Shipping was very fast and customer service was great. It's super quiet, very easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning and most of it can go in the dishwasher. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a fountain. 10/10

I originally purchased a cheap plastic fountain to see if pets would accept it. We have a small dog that is afraid of weird things...like auto water with upside down bottle makes gurgling sound so he wouldn't go near it. The plastic fountain was a hit but it was too small for 4 pets and it died after 11 mos.I wanted ceramic or stainless this time and went with this stainless. Very HaPPy with it. We have 1 small dog and 3 cats and they all LOVE it!Water was available in several different rooms but they ALL use this fountain now so I was able to get rid of all other bowls.I do have 1 WARNING.You will HaVe to purchase FILTERS and keep them stocked. The water will turn green and nasty if filter not changed regularly. Right now (springtime in Ohio) I change every 7 days but as it gets warmer I will probably change every 4-5 days. I mark it on calendar and check fountain water every cpl days. Easiest way to get filters continually is Subscribe n Save bc you do not want to run out. If you do not have filters take top off and use as regular water bowl.So YES to this Pet FountainBUTYou MUST purchase FILTERS continuously.

If you have cats, a must buy!! I have a rabbit and my cats were always stealing its water, even though they had 3 water bowls inside house and 2 outside. I decided to try this out. My cats ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have 6 indoor/outdoor cats. (Don't ask) I have to fill every day. I keep in kitchen, where it is easy for me to remember. I love it, my bunny loves it (he now has water), and my cats absolutely loves it. One cat even lays next to it. Highly recommend!

It�s a good size for our 3 cats. Took them a second to get used to but they all have begun to primarily choose this water fountain over their other bowls. Pros include that it�s easy to wash and steel. Con is that it�s hard to tell when it�s getting low without having to remove the top to check.

I�ve only had this fountain for about a month, so I can�t comment on its longevity.I had a different fountain (the popular cheap plastic fountain with a daisy spout) that didn�t actually filter anything. I�m happy to say that this fountain actually DOES filter out the fur and gunk!

What sold me on this fountain, originally, was that the filter does not sit on the bottom of the tank. It�s just under the reservoir where the water returns. This means I don�t have to change the filter every few days because 4 cats equals A LOT of cat hair. I have hard water so I do change the filter often, just not as often as the plastic one I had.The spout is short and easier to clean with a straw brush, the pump comes apart and connects back together easily. Holds a lot more volume, and the cat hair doesn�t sit in the bowl. It�s also way more quiet than my original one when it gets low on water.I ordered a second one and contemplate a third.

Was surprised at how quiet this. Perfect size to fit on the counter away from our Golden Retriever. The storage capacity for the water allows us to go for days without refilling. Recommend to follow manufacturer's recommendations on cleanings.

I originally used a beautiful looking sculptured desktop fountain for my cat.It required a bit of refilling every few days and a cleaning weekly. Because of its shape, it was a pain to actually clean thoroughly. Still, my cat loved it and it had a beautiful appearance.I got a second cat and decided to get this product.While it's appearance is not cosmetic, it is far far easier to clean. The reservoir is huge and could easily last a couple weeks without refilling.It has a pre-filter around the pump and then a filter pad when the water re-enters the reservoir, so water is kept much cleaner than my previous fountain.Writing to the company did have them send me a box of filters, enough for 6 months (you are supposed to change the filter about every 2 weeks).This reservoir is big enough to allow you to put a lot of ice on it, which is great on super hot days. I usually put blocks of ice (about the size of a container of cottage cheese) and it'll last an hour or two.The metal does sweat when water is cooler than the ambient temperature. I highly recommend you put something under it to prevent damage to wooden surfaces.
